manufacturing 2" diameter patches for

shipping cost too. We made a back
patch for a military organization.
The back patch we made for them was a 9"
in diameter patch. The cost for
the 9" diameter patch was just $2.60
each. This was a savings of about
$10/patch from the previous company they
were using. They were so excited
about the quality and the price, that
they gave us the business for more big
back patches and well as the smaller
patches they need too.
We have made ride and rally patches for
many organizations too. And, we
made patches for Church groups too.

average size patches cost between 50¢ - $1.00 each.

I did this once and after the customer
got the price, he added things to the
patch several times and the cost
increased with each addition to the
patch. When it was all said and
done, he was mad because I changed the
price and he could not understand why
the cost went up, EVEN THOUGH THE SIZE
GOT BIGGER AND THE PERCENTAGE OF
STITCHES GOT HIGHER. If you are

If you want to know
about what we charge, I have given
examples above. Most regular size
(front of the vest) patches cost between
50¢ - $1.50 each. Big back patches
can cost much more. I have made
$2.60/each back patches and I have made
$6.00 each back patches. The price
on the big patches have too wide a range
for an ball park price.
I hope this
